Barked Barbecue is a small batch backyard BBQ project based in the Lubbock and Wolfforth, Texas area. What started as weekend cooks for friends has grown into a passion for serving authentic Texas-style barbecue to our local community.

He runs the smoker, she handles the baking, and our four dogs supervise the entire operation.

From smoked brisket and ribs to homemade sides and baked desserts, everything we serve is made with care and cooked low and slow.
